Equipment:

  • NONE

Description:

  • In this game, every command means something else.
  • To start, tell the kids that when you say “Walk forward,” they must walk backwards. When you say “Hop,” they must crawl. When you say “BIG,” they must get as little as possible. And for all of these, when you say it the other way, they must also do the opposite.
  • As a class, you can make up as many active opposites (the more active the movement, the better), as you want.
  • If someone makes a mistake, make them go into the plank position for a pre-determined amount of time or, if playing elimination, make them hold the position until there are only 3 or 4 students left.
